Finishing Machine is a manufacturer of new industrial washers. We engineer, fabricate and install out of stainless steel, mild steel, or a combination of either. We do plant layouts for entire systems, for powder coating, e-coating, wet-spray, for all industries.
Used Industrial Washers
Finishing Machine will purchase used industrial washers for customers who do not want to spend a tremendous amount of money for an all new system. We keep an inventory of several washers along with ovens, conveyors, powder booths, and e-coat systems, either in our inventory or with dealers or customers around the country.
Re-engineered Used Industrial Washers
When a customer contacts Finishing Machine and has a specific line speed and word opening, but does not want to buy a new system, Finishing Machine will look through our inventory and purchase an industrial washer closeout to their needs. A lot of the time, it will be next to impossible to find an industrial washer that will meet the exact line speed, work opening, and material. We will purchase a washer, bring it back to our fabrication facility, make it longer, shorter, wider, faster, or slower, depending on the customer's requirements. This will still save the customer a considerable amount of money. |

Three Small Stainless Steel Washers
Designed line speed of four to six feet per minute. All are in excellent condition. Stainless Steel construction. Complete with control panels, pumps. Are presently electrically heated, but can easily be converted to natural gas. We can either sell two stages, or three stages, or make a five stage stainless washer, all with 24" by 48" work openings. Please see pictures.

Five Stage Stainless Steel and Poly GAT Washer
This system is 10 years old and has a quite large 8' wide by 7' tall work opening. Designed line speed up to 11 feet per minute. The washer has stainless steel tanks with a Lexan canopy. It was originally built by GAT and is up and operating at this time. It also comes with three Nordson spray booths, five seives, several color modules, three handguns per booth, UV detection, etc. The dry-off and baking oven are both in excellent condition and it has a six inch I-beam conveyor. Approx. 1000 feet. This is available immediately. Pictures available soon.

Two Stage Wash System
100% Stainless Steel construction. The two stage wash system includes two wash booths and two storage tanks made of stainless steel construction. Each booth has 96 nozzles for complete coverage. The dimensions for the tanks and booths are:
Booths: 111" tall x 66" wide x 72" length
Tanks: 782 imperial gallons
One tank has a heat exchanger to bring the chemicals up to temperature. 2 million BTU Natural gas fired. It has an Eclipse burner with an Alison ignition system. Brook & Hanson high efficiency pumps, one exhaust fan. The wash system is controlled by touch screen display which can be run manually or automatically. A few miscellaneous items are included.
