GAS CATALYTIC VERTICAL OVEN---three CG15-60 DriQuik industrial sections high by two CG15-60 DriQuik industrial sections long. 9 long pallet tray load section, 10 long oven, 9 discharge section.
EXTERIOR: 1-5/8 x 1-5/8 12 gauge Unistrut structural steel finished in green hybrid powder coat.
CATALYTIC BURNERS are approved by Factory Mutual for use in Class 1, Division 2, Group hazardous areas, and the Canadian Gas Association (CGA) has approved usage in Class 1, Division 1 and 2, Group D hazardous areas.
POWDERED CONVEYOR through oven (12 fpm) with overhead door at the entrance to the oven chamber and vinyl strip curtain at the discharge end. Conveyor is designed for pallet loads on metal trays (3 trays with unit). Three pallet trays, 28 long triple chain conveyor.
OVEN RECIRCULATED AIR SYSTEM: One variable speed 12 in. dia. paddle type plug fan rated at 2000 to 6000 cfm and ½ in. static pressure. Blower system contains 5hp premium efficiency motor with hi-temp capability. A VFD controller is located in the control cabinet.
OVEN CONTROL SYSTEM: One NEMA 12 rated CSA Approved oven control cabinet, designed for floor mounting. Control cabinet contains the necessary 30 amp main disconnect switch, contactors, fuse blocks, transformer, and motor starters for proper oven control. An Allen Bradley SLC 5/01PLC diagnostic control system will automatically control all startup and safety features, as well as control the two separate temperature control zones.

Five Stage Stainless Steel and Poly GAT Washer
This system is 10 years old and has a quite large 8' wide by 7' tall work opening. Designed line speed up to 11 feet per minute. The washer has stainless steel tanks with a Lexan canopy. It was originally built by GAT and is up and operating at this time. It also comes with three Nordson spray booths, five seives, several color modules, three handguns per booth, UV detection, etc. The dry-off and baking oven are both in excellent condition and it has a six inch I-beam conveyor. Two Stage Wash System
100% Stainless Steel construction. The two stage wash system includes two wash booths and two storage tanks made of stainless steel construction. Each booth has 96 nozzles for complete coverage. The dimensions for the tanks and booths are:

3 STAGE WASHER
1. The Washer is Approximately 44 0 Overall Length, Including Entry And Exit Vestibules. This Includes (3) Individual Stages For Cleaning/ Phosphate, Rinse And Seal Rinse With Drain Sections Between Each Of The Tanks.
2. Each Tank Has A Horizontal Pump, Stainless Steel Filter Screens, Collection Tank, Drain, And Make Up Valves

DRY / CURE OVEN DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
1. The interior dimensions of the oven shall be approximately 46-0 Long X 39-0 Wide X 13-0 High. The oven is designed to operate at 350 F with a Top Range of 450 F.
2. The Cure conveyor line makes 4 passes through the structure for a dwell time of 24 minutes.
3. The Drying conveyor line makes 2 passes through the structure for a dwell time of 11 minutes.
4. The oven will be supplied with two (2) heater houses, complete with burners, recirculating fans, as well as the necessary temperature, safety and electrical controls to operate the oven.
5. The burners are Oven-Pak type with FM gas trains and flame safety equipment.
6. The Oven is designed for exterior construction with a steel frame supported by Post. The floor and walls are assembled on this frame. An exterior metal skin is attached to the exterior oven wall. The Heater houses are enclosed with a rear access door for servicing.

Chain on Edge Powder Machines
Chain on edge powder machines have just become available.
First is a 1998, Nordson 504-COE, Guns 3 model APG2000, exhaust fan 152 fpm, fire detection sensor. Oven=2700 spindles, chain 900 ft., natural gas 1-5 psig, 1600 scfh @ 1000 btu / scf, 1,600,000 btuh, max temp 600 F. Recir 25,000 cfm, exhaust 1202 cfm @ 1.5 hp.

A+ Quality Powder Coating System
This system has just become available, and will be available for a short period of time. This system consists of a five stage, completely stainless steel young and perky washer, with a work opening of three feet wide, six feet tall, with a 24 conveyor slot. The unit is set up for 14 to 16 feet per minute. It has a nine foot entrance vestibule, with the other drainbacks being 10 long. Stage one has 2215 gallons, heated with a Maxon Tube-o-Flame burner and IRI coded gas train. Stages two and four are rinse cycles that have 1000 gallon tanks. Stage five is an RO or DI unit with an 800 gallon tank. This unit is complete with man doors in between in stage, dock lights, exhaust fans, CPVC and PVC piping with snap-on nozzles. The unit is in absolutely excellent condition.
The dry-off oven sits over the top of the curing oven, and is 46 long and 116 wide. The burner box is in fed, and features a Maxon Ovenpack and IRI coded gas train.
The conveyor system is an X458 on 24 centers, and has at least 800 of travel. It also is complete with drive unit, take-up, many turns and elevation changes.
The powder booth is a Gama Cyclone single color with PCG-1 guns with eight automatics and one handgun. This unit painted only black and clear. The booth appears to be in excellent working order.
The curing oven is 50 long and 30 wide, with seven + serpentine curves. It is elevated but could be put on the floor easily. This is the rare type of equipment that you could remove and reinstall, and go to work the next day, it is that nice.

Two Nordson Powder Booths
We have two booths, both are the Nordson 2000. Both booths are manual
spray gun but can be change to automatic spray guns. Both units are complete.
The openings are 6' 3'' tall by 4'wide. The opening starts at 27'' off finish floor. The gun opening are 5' by 291/2'' and a door that closes to make it 3' by 291/2''.
The booths have one roll away color module and feeder and the whole thing rolls on and off line by track and wheels.
There will be two guns per booth, some gun spare parts, two gun controllers, two spray booth platform that can be rolled back and 4 or 5 filters. We have a spare motor that will go with the first booth that is purchased. If you have any more questions please contact us.
