A+ Quality Powder Coating System

This system has just become available, and will be available for a short period of time. This system consists of a five stage, completely stainless steel young and perky washer, with a work opening of three feet wide, six feet tall, with a 24” conveyor slot. The unit is set up for 14 to 16 feet per minute. It has a nine foot entrance vestibule, with the other drainbacks being 10’ long. Stage one has 2215 gallons, heated with a Maxon Tube-o-Flame burner and IRI coded gas train. Stages two and four are rinse cycles that have 1000 gallon tanks. Stage five is an RO or DI unit with an 800 gallon tank. This unit is complete with man doors in between in stage, dock lights, exhaust fans, CPVC and PVC piping with snap-on nozzles. The unit is in absolutely excellent condition.

The dry-off oven sits over the top of the curing oven, and is 46’ long and 11’6” wide. The burner box is in fed, and features a Maxon Ovenpack and IRI coded gas train.

The conveyor system is an X458 on 24” centers, and has at least 800’ of travel. It also is complete with drive unit, take-up, many turns and elevation changes.

The powder booth is a Gama Cyclone single color with PCG-1 guns with eight automatics and one handgun. This unit painted only black and clear. The booth appears to be in excellent working order.

The curing oven is 50’ long and 30’ wide, with seven + serpentine curves. It is elevated but could be put on the floor easily. This is the rare type of equipment that you could remove and reinstall, and go to work the next day, it is that nice.
